I know, I am really using my imagination when I can find the silver lining in a root canal. Even though it seems that I paid them enough money to fill the Panama Canal and my feelings were damaged a little when the very short assistant greeted me with surprise at the sight of my height and continually asked me to watch my head, as if I were some sort of giant who had been running into all sorts trouble until she came into my life to warn me of all things dangerous to people with abnormal altitude issues. But somehow, when they handed me this card, acknowledging that I had waited for a few minutes, I was filled with pleasant thoughts.....or maybe it was the nitrous oxide they so lovingly provided.
